The reputation system, as you have noticed, is a sub part of the point system. It also works with points.
Reputation is composed of items related to evaluations by users and items related to the feature "Thank you".
How to vote for a reputation
You can also remove points in repution:

boss kingkoy meron na po..gumagana na po ang thanks button natin..try mo po gawa ng thread..iniba lang po natin ang ating sestema dito sa MMF..masmalaki ang points na ibibigay natin sa mga nagrereply at nakatulong sa thread starter..by clicking thanks button you are giving 3 point to the user..
